Terms of Service
Effective September 28, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you, the business installing the app ("you"), and Whop Inc. ("we", "us"). They cover the apps we run at whop.studio: Supplier Connector, Upsell, the ShipBob, DayOne and Order Desk connectors, and Google Feed (together, the "Apps").
Accepting these terms
By installing or using an App, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you install an App for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
What the Apps do
- Supplier Connector shows your Whop orders, sends them to your supplier, and brings tracking back to Whop.
- Upsell shows post-purchase offers you set up.
- The ShipBob, DayOne and Order Desk connectors link your Whop store to those services.
- Google Feed sends your Whop products to your own Google Merchant Center account and shows their status.
The Apps also rely on Whop's own terms. We may change or stop a feature at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Your product data is accurate, including prices, stock, images, descriptions and landing pages.
- You follow Google Merchant Center policies, Shopping ads policies and every law that applies to what you sell.
- Your relationships with suppliers and fulfillment services are your own. You are responsible for their terms, fees and whether they ship.
- You have the right to share your buyers' data with us and with the services you connect, and you give your buyers any notice the law requires.
- You keep your credentials safe and tell us about any misuse.
- You do not misuse the Apps, reverse engineer them, or use them for anything illegal.
Third-party services
The Apps connect to services we do not control, such as Whop, Google, CJ Dropshipping, DayOne, ShipBob and Order Desk. We are not responsible for what they do, their downtime or their decisions. Your use of them is under their terms.
No guarantee of Google approval
Google decides whether your Merchant Center account, website and products are approved. We do not guarantee approval, and we are not responsible if Google rejects or disapproves products, or suspends your account.
Fees
Any fees are shown on the App's Whop listing and billed through Whop. Refunds follow Whop's policies.
Ownership
You keep all rights to your data and content, and you let us use them only to run the Apps for you. We keep all rights to the Apps.
No warranties
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Apps will run without errors or interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or orders. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Indemnity
You will defend and cover us against claims that come from your products, your data, your suppliers, or your breach of these terms or the law.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the App. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires it. When use ends, we delete your data as our Privacy Policy describes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes go to its courts.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date above. If you keep using the Apps after that, you accept the new terms.
